The Wolfpack’s win in the Sweet 16 over the Irish was nothing short of STUNNING as Raina Perez’s steal and fast-break layup in the final seconds of a double-digit deficit comeback sealed the victory. Five (!!) NC State players are averaging double figures in scoring in the tourney, including Perez (12.7), Jakia Brown-Turner (11.0), Elissa Cunane (11.0), Diamond Johnson (10.7) and Kayla Jones (10.3).
The Huskies had an offensive affair of their own, as they tallied four starters in double digits while the team shot at 46.3% from the field to take down Indiana. Paige Bueckers and OUR LEGEND, Christyn Williams, led the team with 15 points each. We love the over on points but think this might be the end of the line for UCONN.
No. 3 Michigan vs. No. 1 Louisville
Louisville WIN and UNDER 128 +185 (bet $100 to win $185)
We know, we know… regular-season matchups don’t matter. Buuuuut Michigan was not firing when these two squads faced off on Dec. 2, and we don’t see it looking much different as Louisville is doing a little something, something this tourney.
The Cardinals’ Hailey Van Lith is riding a three-game 20-point streak, and her team’s defense is a BRICK WALL, tallying 11 steals and eight blocks against Tennessee. We like this “D” to keep Naz Hillmon & Co. and check, holding off the Wolves and keeping it under the total.
