Valeriane Vukosavljevic, one of Alyssa Thomas's teammates with USK Praha, led all scorers with 33 points and five rebounds. Brittney Sykes also double-doubled for Sopron with 18 points and 12 assists, while Natasha Howard scored 28 points with 10 rebounds for Fenerbahce.
